Harris County MUD No. 319 will have a contractor mobilizing in Windrow on the new water plant site today for well testing purposes. The pilot well drilling will begin tomorrow, April 1st, at 6:00 AM. The process is expected to take approximately 4-5 days to complete.
Please note that this will be a 24/7 operation during this timeframe. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to complete this important project.
